 I.T.S. Europe s.r.l. is happy to show you the last manufactured frame: "Alluminia", created after having carried out a careful job of analysis and design. The manufacturing plan can be considered a real innovation because the “Alluminia” profile has been studied for:

  • Better offsite forces resistance
  • Make easier the glue adhesion
  • Easily remove screen process ink

 

Practically one surface of the frame is prearranged for a quick glueing operation with an excellent fastening result.

 

Product with an environment impact by far lower if compared to the tradional iron plasticized frames.

SILK SCREEN PRINTING FRAMES IN PLASTIC-COATED OR ZINC-PLATED IRON

DESCRIPTION

The frames are manufactured in iron and are coated with glue and ink solvent resistant thermosetting resin or electrolytic galvanized. They are made in tubes of the following dimensions: cm. 3.4 x 3 x 0.10 inner thickness - cm. 3.9 x 3.9 x 0.12 inner thickness and - cm. 4.3 x 4 x 1.4 or 1.8.

They can also be supplied with couplings table printing movable or fixed, SVECIA, REGGIANI and special couplings on request.


USE

In the silk-screen printing field in general, for the printing or textile articles and for all such uses.

WOODEN SILK-SCREEN PRINTING GRAMES

DESCRIPTION

They are made in Swedish spruce with the following dimensions: from cm. 2 x 2 to cm. 4.5 x 5 or 4.5 x 6 (other sizes are available on request). 


USE

In the silk-screen printing field in general, for the printing of small objects, vials, sports goods, shoes, etc.


Self-stretchable frames can also be made in plastic-coated or zinc-plated iron and aluminium with tubes measuring cm. 3.5 x 3.5.

 


  

ALUMINIUM SILK-SCREEN PRINTING FRAMES

DESCRIPTION

They are made with hollow pipes in Italian aluminium. 


USE

They are suitable for use in any silk-screen printing process.


Self-stretchable frames can also be made in plastic-coated or zinc-plated iron and aluminium with tubes measuring cm. 3.5 x 3.5.
